Return Policy

All SHALEX JEWELS are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, an exchange may be considered only on an individual basis and/or due to a damaged product (within 7 days of delivery). Any request for an exchange must be by written email within 7 days of delivery.

NOTE: If a product is damaged by a customer not caring for/overusing the product, SHALEX JEWELS is NOT responsible for an exchange. Please refer to the 'Jewelry Care' page to learn more about your pieces!!

Jewelry Care

Our fashion jewelry is 14K gold plated over Silver Sterling or Stainless
Steel. Protect the plating of your jewelry (and avoid tarnish) by removing it
when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair, heat and cleaning products, etc.

For any pieces of our collection, we recommend keeping your jewelry stored in cool dry like a jewelry box when not being worn. This will help to prevent oxidation.
Remove jewelry before swimming or showering. A soft polishing cloth should be used in the event of tarnish.

SHALEX JEWELS Collection includes 18k or 14k Gold plated Sterling Silver in contemporary and timeless styles designed for everyday wear. 

Shipping

We ask for 3-5 business days for processing on all orders placed with
ground shipping. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday, or after 12pm CST
will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed before
12pm CST with expedited shipping will ship same day. Orders placed after
12pm or on the weekend will ship the following business day.
